Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Ingtec AG processes personal data when you visit this website, contact us, or enter into or maintain a business relationship with us.
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Swiss Data Protection Ordinance (DPO). Where the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to processing, we also comply with its requirements.
The controller and its contact details are shown above this Privacy Policy.
2. Terms and principles
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Processing includes, in particular, collecting, storing, using, disclosing, modifying, or deleting such data.
We process only the personal data required for the relevant purpose. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. However, completely risk-free transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
3. Website provision and hosting
This website is hosted by the following processor in Germany:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany
When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary connection data. This may include in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- requested page or file, including the requested URL
- transferred data volume and access status
- previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted by the browser
- browser, operating system, language, and browser software version
This data is required to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security, investigate technical errors, and prevent attacks. If a person visits the website through an advertisement or a specially tagged link, the requested URL may also contain campaign parameters and these may therefore appear in server logs.
Server logs are retained only for as long as necessary for operation, security, and error analysis, or for longer where required by law. ALL-INKL processes the data on our instructions under the hosting agreement. The server location is Germany.
Where the GDPR applies, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Further information is available in the ALL-INKL privacy information.
4. Cookies and local storage
Your browser stores local settings for your preferred appearance, consent choice, and the attribution of a voluntarily submitted project enquiry. These include the colour mode, the choice between analytics and marketing, and campaign parameters from an advertisement. These details are transmitted to the recipients described below only with a project enquiry or after you consent.
Only after you consent to web analytics does Google Analytics set first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<container-id>. If you also allow marketing, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising may use cookies or comparable identifiers to attribute an advertising click to a project enquiry. Browsers may limit the respective storage periods.
You can change your decision at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
5. Web analytics and advertising tracking
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics is loaded only after you consent through the consent banner. Without your consent, no connection to Google Analytics is made.
Google Analytics collects in particular page views, session data, approximate location, and browser and device information. We use this information to evaluate website usage in aggregate and improve our content and technical processes. Google Analytics uses the IP address during collection to derive approximate location data. According to Google, IP addresses of users in Switzerland, the EU, and the United Kingdom are discarded before logging and are neither logged nor stored.
With your marketing consent, we use Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET). Both services receive an event after the contact form has been submitted successfully. This allows us to attribute a project enquiry to a previously clicked advertisement. Telephone and email clicks may be recorded as secondary interactions. Remarketing, personalised advertising, and sending form entries for enhanced conversions are disabled in our implementation.
Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer with effect for the future. Analytics and marketing cookies accessible to the website are deleted when you withdraw consent.
Google and Microsoft may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area as part of their global infrastructure. Appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses, are provided for transfers to countries without an adequate level of data protection. Further information is available in the Google Privacy Policy, Google Analytics privacy information, and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
6. Local search, fonts, and icons
The site search is performed within the website in your browser. Search terms are not sent to an external search provider. Fonts, icons, and images used for display are delivered with the website. In particular, no connection to Google Fonts is established when a page is loaded.
7. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, telephone, or another channel, we process the information you provide. This may include your name, contact details, company, the content of your enquiry, and subsequent correspondence.
We use this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations or projects, manage existing business relationships, and comply with statutory documentation obligations. Where the GDPR applies, processing is based, depending on the circumstances, on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation), or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling business enquiries).
We use Formcarry, a service provided by Teijal, Inc. d/b/a Formcarry, 3 Germay Dr, Unit 4 #1278, Wilmington, DE 19804, USA, for the contact form. When you submit the form, the information entered and technically necessary connection data are transmitted to Formcarry and processed on our behalf. According to Formcarry, form data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany; limited remote access from the United States may take place for support and operations. Formcarry provides standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards for this purpose. Further information is available in Formcarry’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Ingtec AG uses Microsoft 365 for email communication. Sender and recipient data, time, subject, content, and technical metadata of a message may be processed by Microsoft as a processor. The service is provided to us by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Microsoft may also process data in other countries as part of its global infrastructure. Microsoft provides contractual and other safeguards for transfers to countries without an adequate level of data protection.
Further information is available in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
8. Business relationships and applications
When establishing and managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, we process contact, communication, contract, project, and billing data in particular. Processing serves quotation preparation, project delivery, supply, invoicing, accounting, and compliance with legal obligations.
If you send us application documents, we process the information they contain to assess your application and conduct the recruitment process. If no employment relationship is established, we delete the documents after the process has ended as soon as no statutory retention obligations or overriding legitimate interests prevent deletion. Longer retention takes place only with your consent or where required by law.
9. Recipients and international disclosure
We disclose personal data only where necessary for a stated purpose, where required by law, or where you have consented. Recipients may include hosting and IT providers, communications providers, professional advisers, public authorities, and customers, suppliers, or partners involved in a project.
Personal data may be processed in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, and other countries. Where data is disclosed to a country without an adequate level of data protection, we use recognised standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided by law where required. Statutory exceptions remain reserved.
10. Retention period
We retain personal data for as long as required for the relevant purpose, the business relationship, the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, and compliance with statutory retention obligations. The data is then deleted or anonymised unless another legal basis permits further retention.
11. Your rights
Under the applicable data protection law, you may in particular have the following rights:
- access to the personal data we process about you
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- erasure or restriction of processing where no statutory obligations or overriding interests prevent this
- provision or transfer of certain personal data where the legal requirements are met
- withdrawal of consent with effect for the future
- objection to processing where the GDPR provides such a right
To exercise your rights, please contact the controller named above. To prevent misuse, we may request suitable proof of identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent European data protection supervisory authority.
12. Automated decisions
In connection with this website, we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing and do not carry out profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
13. External links
This website contains links to third-party websites. A connection to those providers is established only when you follow the relevant link. The respective providers are responsible for processing personal data on the linked websites.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy if our processing activities, the services used, or legal requirements change. The version published on this website at the relevant time applies.
